Over three decades ago Kushner Companies acquired Soho’s iconic Puck Building, a 250,000 square foot Romanesque Revival mixed use building. Originally designed by Albert Wagner, Kushner Companies repositioned the first seven floors into a modern class “A” creative office and retail environment, all while retaining the character and charm of the building. The Puck was then leased to two best-in-class retail tenants, REI and Chef’s Club. Most recently, the building’s current tenants are NYU, Warby Parker, OSCAR, Axiom, and General Catalyst.
The Puck Penthouses are six one-of-a-kind residences crowning one of Soho’s most iconic buildings. Kushner Companies received Landmark’s approval to develop six extraordinary penthouses on the top three floors of The Puck, including adding one additional floor. The Puck Penthouses are fully renovated and constructed with the highest quality finishes and craftsmanship. The penthouses have been recognized as a truly special project and in the process set record sales prices in the real estate industry.
