Spread across four buildings in the heart of Brooklyn’s Tech Triangle in Dumbo, partners Kushner, LIVWRK, and RFR converted the buildings into Class “A” creative office and retail space. Lead tenants include Etsy, WeWork, and 2U among others, with a retail base of innovative tenants including Bluestone Lane Coffee, Randolph Beer, and Mulberry & Vine.
