Monmouth Village

After taking full control of Monmouth Mall in 2021, buying out our partner Brookfield Properties, Kushner is developing a plan to completely transform this local destination into Monmouth Village, an outdoor mixed-use district. It is located at one of the most accessible and visible intersections in Central New Jersey. Our team looks forward to collaborating with the local municipality and curated retailers to redevelop this site into a true town center.
