26 Journal Square

Our investment in Journal Square extends beyond ground-up development to include significant existing buildings in the neighborhood, such as 26 Journal Square. Built in 1928, this beaux-arts office tower is often considered the first skyscraper in Jersey City. It is now home to locally-based companies and retailers. We have upgraded the property with extensive renovations to lobbies, corridors, and common spaces, as well as additional amenity uses.
