Currently we are primarily focusing on the following opportunities:

  • Existing multifamily properties in Northern NJ and Manhattan below 96th Street of any shape and size.
  • Other target areas are Astoria, LIC, Forest Hills, Williamsburg, Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, and other growth areas of Brooklyn and Queens.
We are also seeking office buildings in Manhattan and growth areas of Brooklyn and Queens, with a primary focus on value-add opportunities. We are embarking on an aggressive acquisition program to buy retail properties (both stable and value-add) in strong retail locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We will look at development deals of size in the NY metropolitan area (100k sf+) and large residential portfolios nationwide ($100m+).
