Kushner has a nationwide portfolio of office assets. The company owns the AT&T building in Chicago, a number of suburban office buildings in Florham Park, NJ, and the interconnected creative office campus in Dumbo, Brooklyn, called Dumbo Heights.
Kushner has experience in developing creative office space for technology and media tenants in historic office buildings in New York City. The Company successfully converted the Puck building into a desired creative office location in Soho; similarly Kushner fully redeveloped 200 Lafayette and 80 West End, which have since been sold. Current projects include the full-scale redevelopment of Dumbo Heights in Brooklyn and the historic Warren at Bay in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District.
