Internship Program

The Kushner Internship Program is constantly seeking highly motivated, hardworking candidates to join our team. College students with an interest in real estate are encouraged to apply. Our summer internship program provides each intern hands-on opportunities to impact the team while gaining insight into the transdisciplinary field of real estate.

Internship opportunities include:

Acquisitions

Partner with Analysts to review our acquisition pipeline, and underwrite deals and investment decisions.

Operations

Support strategic decision making by reviewing reports and walk properties to identify opportunities for us to drive value.

Accounting: Tax and Property Accounting

Support full lifecycle corporate accounting, including: bank reconciliations, budget review, GL, tax returns, financial statement review.

Information Technology

Partner with technology experts to support our employees and manage tech projects.

Sales & Property Management

Hands on business experience that makes our investment earn money. Directly interact with prospective and current residents, support the leasing and renewal process. Opportunity to earn commission, in addition to regular pay, for apartments that you lease.
